Rolled (or limped!) into the bike shop with 2 flat tyres on the running pram – within 10 mins the team had been sorted out with a couple of new ones and even got a coffee & blueberry slice as I waited.
Absolutely great spot and service – the coffee was good too. Awesome kicking back on the deck with the trees and river nearby.

Ran into bike trouble (again) with some serious damage to my rear wheels. Responding to an email request for help Hairy Marron (George) was excellent with communication and how they could help. Dropped the bikes in, fixed in less than 2 hours and we are ready to ride. Great service full upfront with cost and time frame.

Showed up to the Hairy Marron on Friday arvo with blown forks on my Giant Anthem. Not only did they have a seal kit in stock. They made it a priority job. Picked the bike up about 4 hours after dropping it off. Couldn’t believe the service and turnaround time.
